Great River Gardens of Aitkin now offers a Community Supported Agricluture Program (CSA). In a CSA consumers become shareholders in a farm by paying up front to help grow the crop and in return receiving a weekly share of produce.
The Great River Gardens CSA has drop sites in Brainerd, Nisswa, Breezy Point, Crosslake and Grand Rapids. We aim to supply a package of produce with enough to feed a family of 4 - six to eight meals of vegetables and fruits per week for about half the year, from about Memorial Day to Thanksgiving. Each week will be a different selection of what is in season. You will get vegetables from Asparagus to Zuchini and several kinds of berries. For more information give us a call at 877-286-3408.
