The Farm on St. Mathias offers an 18 week CSA subscription beginning in June and ending in October with deliveries to the Brainerd and Nisswa areas or on-farm pickup. The Farm on St. Mathias practices sustainable farming and all produce is herbicide and pesticide free. The season begins with spring favorites of salad greens, radishes, asparagus and rhubarb and rolls into the summer delight of heirloom tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, summer squash and finishes with fall favorites of squash, potatoes, pumpkins and fabulous root crops.
