Pequot Lakes Back to School Open Houses Welcome Community Exhibits

Community groups and organizations that serve students or their families are welcome to set up an exhibit table at each of the Back to School Open Houses in the Pequot Lakes school buildings. Call Pequot Lakes community education at (218) 568-9200 to reserve a table at the Middle School / High School Open House or at the Eagle View Back to School Parent- Teacher Conference days.

The Pequot Lakes High School / Middle School Open House is scheduled for Wednesday, September 2nd from 4:30 pm until 8:00 pm. Exhibitors should set up at 4:00 pm and plan to staff their table. If you need an electrical outlet let community education know of your needs. Requests for an exhibit table at the High School / Middle School should be made by Tuesday, September 1.

Requests for an exhibit table at Eagle View Elementary School need to be made by Friday, September 4. Staffed exhibits are encouraged. The Eagle View Asset Fair exhibits are to be set up by 8:00 am and be in place until 4:30 pm on Tuesday, September 8th and Wednesday, September 9th. If you do not have someone at the exhibit table please plan to have someone at the school to take down the exhibit at 4:30 pm on Wednesday, September 9. If you need an electrical outlet or any other special arrangements for your exhibit contact community education.

Exhibits at the Community Asset Fair during the Back to School Open Houses should have materials that are suitable for students and their families. Call Pequot Lakes community education at (218) 568-9200 if you have questions about the Community Asset Fair.
